Pengorganisasian Pengembangan Produk



      Banyak perusahaan yang membuat departemen tersendiri untuk bagian penelitian dan pengembangan produk, kemudian departemen rekayasa manufaktur untuk merancang produk, dilanjutkan departemen produksi yang memproduksi secara masal produk tersebut. Cara seperti itu mempunyai kelemahan, yaitu kekurangan pemikiran kemasa depan. Cara lain yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menugaskan seorang manajer produk untuk “menenangkan” produk melalui system pengembangan produk dan organisasi terkait.     
      Ada juga pendekatan yang terbaru yaitu dengan menggunakan tim yang dikenal sebagai berikut.

     1.       Tim Pengembangan Produk yang bertanggung jawab untuk menerjemahkan permintaan pasar menjadi sebuah produk yang dapat mencapai keberhasilan produk dalam arti dapat dipasarkan, dapat diproduksi dan mampu memberikan pelayanan.
     2.       Tim Desain yang  bertanggung jawab dalam membuat desain produk sesuai keinginan konsumen dan sesuai dengan kemampuan perusahaan untuk memproduksinya.
     3.       Tim Rekayasa Nilai yang biasanya terbentuk dari gabungan semua unsur yang terpengaruh yang di kenal dengan lintas fungsional sehingga pengembangan produk yang lebih cepat dilakukan melalui kinerja simultan dari aspek yang beragam.
  
    Manufacturability dan Value Engineering
            Manufacturability dan Value Engineering adalah aktivitas yang menolong memperbaiki desain, produksi ,pemeliharaan dan penggunaan sebuah produk. Hal ini dilakukan dengan tujuan antara lain:
      a.       Mengurangi kompleksitas produk.
      b.      Standarisasi tambahan dari komponen.
      c.       Perbaikan aspek fungsional produk.
      d.      Memperbaiki desain pekerjaan dan keamanan pekerjaan.
      e.      Memperbaiki kemudahan pemeliharaan produk.
      f.        Desain yang tangguh.

Total Quality Management di Sektor Jasa



Kualitas jasa susah untuk diukur dan bergantung pada persepsi pada ekspektasi dibandingkan kenyataan serta persepsi pada proses dan output-nya .Adapun kualitas jaga digolongkan dalam dua hal yaitu .
      a.       Normal, yaitu pengantaran jasa secara rutin.
      b.      Eksepsional, yaitu bagaimans dapat mengatasi permasalahan.

Manajer operasional memainkan peranan penting dalam mengatasi beberapa aspek utama kualitas jasa yaitu:
      a.       Komponen terukur dari banyak jasa yang penting
      b.      Proses jasa.
      c.       Manajer dapat mempengaruhi harapan jasa. 
      d.      Manajer harus dapat mengharapkan pengecualian.

Keempat aspek utama tersebut merupakan kunci jasa yang berkualitas.Adapun yang menentukan kualitas jasa adalah
      a.       Reliabilitas berhubungan dengan konsistensi kinerja dan kebergantungan.
      b.      Daya saing berhubungan dengan kesiapan karyawan menyediakan layanan jasa.
      c.       Kompetensi berarti kepemilikan kemampuan yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelenggarakan jasa.
      d.      Akses mengandung arti mudah didekati dan kemudahan kontak.
      e.      Kesopanan berhubungan dengan saling menghormati, keramahan.
      f.        Komunikasi berarti dapat menggunakan bahasa yang mudah dimengerti konsumen.
      g.      Kredibilitas mengandung arti dapat dipercaya, jujur.
      h.      Keamanan adalah bebas dari ketakutan dan keraguan.
      i.        Memahami berhubungan dengan mengenal kebutuhan konsumen.
      j.        Nyata termasuk bukti fisik dari jasa.

Kualitas adalah istilah yang memiliki arti yang berbeda bagi orang yang berbeda.Kualitas merupakan fitur atau karakteristik total dari sebuah produk barang atau jasa yang dikaitkan dengan kemampuannya memuaskan kebutuhan yang terlihat maupun tersirat. menetapkan harapan kualitas sangat penting bagi operasi yang efesien dan efektif.

Untuk mencapai kualitas perlu penerapan konsep Total Quality Management. Karena kualitas tidak dapat diperiksap ada sebuah produk.Topic ini membahas enam konsep Total Quality Management agar efektif serta berbahagia hal berkaitan dengan kualitasjasa.

Comment: So the quality of the services it is very important to support a company that produces goods or services. Because of the good quality of services will affect a higher quality product as well.

     My name Adinda Ridwan . I'm 18 years old . I lived in Depok with my family .  I'm from a good family background. My father is really good person. He is also working at Telkom and my mother is housewife.  I'm studying Economic Management on Gunadarma University .My hobby are listening to music , singing and net surfing .
